Q: The Internet is worldwide. Why do you limit our access? A: Licensees of the game are limited by territorial exclusive contracts, thus if we don't want to breach our agreements we have to prevent competitions within a region.
Q: I cannot log in any more. Why did you let me play until now? Why didn't you warn the players in advance? A: You should have been informed about it in the "Terms of Service" (or EULA) document - as providing this is the service operator's responsibility, please, ask the operator.
Q: Can I use my existing client to connect to another Operator's server? A: This is not possible.
Q: Where can I get the right client? A: Please, check your Operator in the list here.
Q: Can Invictus migrate my account to the new server? A: Until the relevant operator asks us to do so, Invictus has no right to migrate virtual items from one server to another.
Q: I don’t want to play in an environment where arcade is the prevalent mode of play. A: Gamemodes and handling are made according to the players’ demand and the operator’s reports. Please, indicate your demands to the operator.
Q: Most of my friends will not be allowed to play, how can I continue to play with them? A: We are really sorry that you are separated from your friends. The operator should have draw your attention to this possibility at registration time.
Q: Prior to this announcement I wasn't informed or aware of this License Exclusivity issue and how it could effect players. A: We profoundly agree that the community should have been informed by the operator who operated the game outside of its licensed territory. We have been asking operators for a long time to take the neccessary steps, but could not make our voice heard.
Q: I spent real money on the game so I would like to be able to play further. A: You can play on the server of the operator who has the license for your country. We would like to copy the accounts, but so far have not been authorized to do so. We suggest you asking the operator or writing a petition. This way we may gain the authorization for copying accounts and items in question.
